「Rooms are in need of a remodel. Pillows were awful. Furniture in room was pretty banged up. Everything just seemed so dark. A light would've been nice in the closet. I was also expecting more Elvis memorabilia throughout the hotel. Wish valet would offer assistance with bringing your luggage to and from your room. Didn't like having to sign into the wifi every single day on every device. Room cleaning service didn't seem to replenish kleenex, TP, toiletries as needed. Gift shop was great. Pool...

「My hotel room door wouldn’t lock and the hotel staff told me to “just lock myself inside for the night” and I had to make first a request for maintenance support and with no follow up over 1.5 hours requested a new room which I had to negotiate with the staff for as they didn’t want to grant my request. I was a single woman traveling alone and horrified by the response of the staff.」
