"I called a couple of days in advance of our arrival to request an accessible room close to an elevator for my mother. The person I spoke with was helpful and made the necessary changes to our reservation including giving me the room number. When we checked in, they assigned us a different room. I explained that we needed a room close to an elevator since my mother can’t walk very far, and the desk clerk was very helpful and our room was very comfortable. "

"Didn't use any facilities, just spent the night and took a shower. The room was big. After tightening the screw on the faucet I was able to have a decent shower. It's not the greatest hotel, but they are dog friendly and they are trying to improve. Checking in is always easy and friendly. Neighborhood not too great. But I don't worry about my expensive car because it is next to a huge lot where truckers park. No, it isn't loud, but there's always someone up. The store and gas station next door had all the truck stop amenities. Including showers for truckers, and restaurants in the building. "

"Great place to stay / all the guests talked about it during breakfast. The provided breakfast was the bomb - fresh homemade oatmeal and yogurt! The rooms were loaded with plugs - no more pulling the nightstand or bed back to get to an outlet. The large refrigerator was helpful to store food we brought for the trip. My family used the gym - clean with a peleton. Excellent accommodations. "
