"Payed for upgraded room at checkin and told it would have refrigerator and microwave and it didn’t"

"From the moment we entered. Staff was not cheerful or helpful especially for someone’s first time in Las Vegas. Price was extremely over-priced for stay. Hotel isn’t a 3 star but a 2 star hotel and only reason I state 2 is because the housekeeping lady was very helpful. Bought chip a hoy cookie in vending machine and it was expired from 2 years ago. 07.18.2024 exactly. When I checked out and told staff about it downstairs they didn’t do nothing but look at me with their mouth open. They shouldn’t be promoting expired things because it isn’t healthy. Horrible. Won’t stay there again. No smoking signs everywhere but when you enter the room there’s an ash tray. Help me make sense a bit? Lol. Complete joke of a stay."

"Room was old had odor like somone had smoked in room previously. The smell in bathroom was even worse. Parking garage has one elevator that was broken. Had to roll my luggage threw car entrance. Location is great though. Walking distance from Freemont."

"Great for a short stay over on the way back from Utah and to avoid crowds closer to the Vegas strip. Although close to the freeway, it was quiet."

"For 5 people there was plenty of space and the fold-out couch had no uncomfortable bars. The dividing curtain between the couch and beds was a nice touch. We didn't use the kitchen but the breakfast was great too."
