「Had a lovely stay here. Welcoming staff on arrival, clean , comfy and spacious rooms, a better than expected gym, and nice food. The rooms were cosy and had everything required, free toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The gym was great considering it was a hotel gym, lots of equipment and free weights. 「Lovely staff, all friendly and proud of the Inns History. We were there on a very quiet night! Lovely large room with a 4 poster bed and excellent bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast beat us, freshly prepared as we came down. 」

「Really enjoyed my stay here at the Cross Keys. Was meeting up with family for a wedding in Saltburn. It was in a lovely quiet setting, beautifully decorated interior, quirky with a simple country style decor. The staff was so friendly and helpful, especially Ben and Laura who always made sure you was comfortable and had everything you needed. Would definitely stay and recommend this place again.」

「Very warm welcome, I was travelling with my dog, nothing was too much trouble. Rooms exceptionally clean, towels super soft. Lovely size room. Very comfortable . Went into Bar for coffee, very friendly also 7 of us had Sunday lunch, everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again.」
