「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「This was my 2nd stay here and once again, the front desk staff were very friendly and hospitable. I had an issue with the a/c in my room and a repair technician was at my door within minutes and fixed the issue. The hotel is central to everything in the French Quarter and yet, very quiet. 「Rubensteins’ sits right off of canal St (the strip) and is just a block away from bourbon st. This made everything and getting Ubers super accessible. Wit it being on opposite side of the strip, you don’t have to worry about noise or late night shenanigans. Super super pleased with my stay and will actually be staying there again. 」
