「The lobby and the rooms were so unique. We were close to Bourbon Street enough so that we walked to the French quarter. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot but be advised that there's a $20 parking fee per day which is very reasonable.」

「The Four Points by Sheraton French Quarter is on Bourbon Street between Toulouse and St. Louis Streets, so it sits in the heart of the French Quarter. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel architecture and decor blend nicely with the style of the French Quarter. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
