「My stay was great! The room was very clean. The hotel is near to many choices for dinner, lunch and breakfast. The breakfast served at the hotel was very fresh,. Hot and cold choices. The hotel was far enough from the main road to be very quiet at night. Staff was courteous and helpful. 」

「Room was disgusting, included free men's hair all over the bathroom, when no man was in our party and free stains on the sheets and someone obviously lost their socks and got forgotten in the dirty sheets provided at absolutely no additional costs. Bugs were also free. 」

「When I checked in at 2230 after work I was advised that the water was off until morning. So that’s was an issue. When I woke up to get ready for work water was still shutoff. When I got off work at 7pm and arrived back at the hotel again water was still off. So when I left Sunday morning it still hadn’t come on. That’s terrible business and I’m very unhappy with my stay. I was not compensated what so ever. 」

「Hot tub was not filled all the way and the chlorine burned our eyes. The waffle makers need to be updated because even with spray the waffles stuck. There were oranges, apples, waffles, milk, coffee, cereal, muffins and raisin bagels and toast. No eggs, sausage or bacon.. there was some oatmeal and juices too.. overall we did like staying tho. The kids enjoyed the pool」

「Probably will never stay there again. The room that we had was completely disgusting. We had no hot water, the toilet was leaking, holes in the walls, the door look like somebody had kicked it with muddy boots. The bedspread had four cigarette burns in it and it was too small for the bed, and three of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. We asked for extra towels and washcloths and did not receive them . The TV had no antenna, so none of the channels came in clearly. And it was clear that...

「It was extremely dirty none of the amenities were working … no ice machine so hot tub they advertise breakfast for no reason because they don’t offer it… there were a lot of shady people walking the halls no security coming in all doors remain unlocked…. We didn’t even get a blanket a sheet and flat pillows were provided for our stay…. My children learned what a drug addict looks on this trip!!! Stay away from this place at all costs !!!!!!! 」

「For the price I would have went somewhere else but you live and you learn. I chose to pre-register to make check-in easier but DO NOT. It put TWO incorrect pending holds on my account (over $600 worth). They are aware of this issue and chose to not make me aware until I brought it up. The staff were pleasant but seemed lackadaisical. They are currently going through renovations so some areas are taped and tarped off. The pool no longer extends outside (which would have been nice to know...
