「View is amazing, breakfast in the am is superb. I would have liked to know ahead of time that I was staying at the adjacent building instead of the actual Stone Hill building, but it was still great. The speakeasy was totally fun, but I would raise the rate of the room a smidge and offer the customer their first beer, wine or cocktail for free. People love that. 」

「Wir waren mit unserer Tochter für 1 Nacht im Inn und fanden es klasse. Es war schön, sauber , wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und der freundliche Empfang hat es für uns besonders gemacht. Auch die Empfehlung für das Abendbrot war klasse und wir haben uns sehr gut unterhalten mit dem netten Herrn an der Rezeption , der uns mehr über Newport erzählen konnte. Es war spannend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.」

「Every single thing about The Cliffside Inn was excellent. The staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The complimentary wine and appetizers at 5pm was a lovely touch after exploring Newport and waiting to head out for dinner. One night they offered chilled shrimp! We highly recommend the inn, and hopefully we will return some day!」

「The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. However, the staff at the reception were quite distant, whereas in a boutique hotel, a warmer and more welcoming attitude would be expected. As two female guests, perhaps because we stayed only one night, it felt strange to be given the room right by the entrance/office area.」
