We loved staying at the Bellevue House! Check-in and out was super quick and easy, it was quiet, clean, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was cute and had everything we needed.

It was a good location and friendly service. Unfortunately in the room we stayed (two bedrooms) the temperature and heat was controlled from another room and kept getting hot or must have been changed since kept getting hotter.

Room on ground floor small and could use hooks or shelves in bathroom for toiletries and towels. Minor issue resolved promptly by staff. Staff friendly and helpful with info about the area. Included breakfast offered quiche and homemade coffee cake along with pancakes, French toast, yogurt,melon and more. Bananas and or apples would be a nice addition. Appreciate free parking and 24 hr coffee/tea. Would stay again in this quaint Newport ‘home’ walkable to wharfs, mansions and other points of interest.

I’m fond of historical places and this hotel doesn’t disappoint! Easy walk to downtown and waterfront. Quieter than I expected for a busy time of year. Bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is located in a great area. I booked a room in Bellevue House, but received a room in Bellevue Inn. Was told it the same owner and everything is the same. We lived on the 3rd floor and it was a challenge to bring the luggage there. The breakfast was excellent, the lady serving it was very nice and friendly.
