Arrived when I said I was going to on an online check in, then told I was already checked in and finding a guest already in bed and their dog barking at us in defense of our key OPENING the door in fear. We then went to the desk and was given a rude response then accused us of already checking in and we were “wrong”. Assigned a new room and it was LOUD. Wasn’t compensated for stay even after the issues at 11:45pm and was told to FOLLOW the front desk lady to the room we...

「I was in town for a long weekend to see a concert. The hotel was well placed near great spots, spent a good amount of time in power and light, and is a block over from the streetcar. Hotel itself was very nice, staff was helpful, and the room was great.」
