「My stay at this hotel was good. But I forgot two shirts and a jacket in the closet and didn’t realize it till I got home. When I called the hotel first, they said nobody found anything in the room but then when I called back the next day, they say they had it at the front desk. They sent me to a website for lost and found items, and I filled out the information and they were supposed to mail my items back but never did. That was two months ago.」

Our room was comfortable and clean. The 'closet space' was adequate for our purposes, but I can imagine someone traveling for business, or in town for a formal occasion, might have a problem.
