「This property was very clean, comfortable and in a great location with a shopping center, hospital and the Larkspur Ferry nearby. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. This is a very minimalistic hotel. 「First, we brought three large pieces luggage for this long trip. The hotel offered us a room on the sixth floor without helping us carry our luggage or even telling us how to go to the sixth floor. The highest floor the elevator could reach was the fourth floor, so we had to carry our luggage a long way up to the sixth floor using the stairs, and the next day, down to the first floor as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was removed from shopping/sights and so not walkable, but otherwise a wonderful place to stay.」
