"We absolutely love staying here! It’s always so relaxing! This time however after spending a couple hours on the beach and a swim in the pool we went back to our room and had no hot water. Not in the tub sinks or the shower. We had to take a cold shower which was awful. We spent the next couple hours trying to warm back up. For as much as we pay to stay here that should never be the case. "

"We got a good deal for a 2 night stay. Excellent location, we didn't have to use the car during our stay because everything was walking distance. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean. The hotel is a little dated, but not a big deal. However, the room we had was right beside the elevators and every time it stopped on our floor we could hear it. Right no is not busy season, but can't imagine the noise when it there are more people. In general a good hotel."

"I think the mattress and pillows in 406 may be end of life. You see they are bent down where people sit and sleep that side. Maybe rotate and flip the mattress, but really needs replaced. Pillow also seem worn out. I got here late April with good weather and great pricing for the ocean front room. Other than not sleeping well I love this place and the people and the breakfast!"
