「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The carpet going up the stairs was filthy. The toilet base in our room was filthy. The floors in our room were dusty. The refrigerator had an open bottle of liquor in it and the freezer was completely over frozen- couldn’t get anything in it.」

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

My only qualms were that two days in a row our room did not get cleaned. a bit disappointed that the picture of the indoor whirlpool/hot tub is not the same as what is on site and it would’ve been nice to have a rotation and breakfast each morning as opposed to the same thing every day. 「Oceanfront room was fine, some areas outdated. Common hall areas dirty, same crumbs and garbage sitting in areas all 3 days we were there. Pool and hottub was drained so closed for 24 hours, so unable to use. Pool area is very humid and smells like chemicals and mildew, makes it hard to breathe and want to use. Bathroom in pool area filthy. Garbage on lawn/grounds in common outdoor areas that also never got picked up. We had free breakfast with our room which was nice but it took over an hour...

「Very nice stay (2 adults, 1 four yo). Room with full kitchen (and fridge!) was great, clean and spacious even with the usual beach gear. Complimentary breakfast was generous and decent quality.
