"Front staff was amazing! My family travel here for “ Nights of Lights” that experience was horrible but Amy gave us some great tips and suggestions where to eat and how to navigate around the chaos. We took her suggestions and made the best of what we could and it was well worth it. We will be back for the off season. Thanks Guys ❤️"

"The only issue I have is the communication between staff. On several occasions I’ve been granted a late check out and each time the cleaning staff, followed by an unknown male employee have come banging on my door. The male, who I haven’t gotten a look at, is very rude. Otherwise I enjoy staying here and have given the hotel many compliments on its cleanliness and staff. "

"Room were modern and slotless. We had an issue with the TV and they were quick to fix it. Breakfast was enjoyable. Parking and check in/check out process were seamless. Will stay there again!"
