「The main problem was that the sheets on the bed had not been cleaned. The bed was made but the bedding was obviously dirty, stains from dirt and possibly make-up on the comforter and sheets. We pulled the blankets back and there were curly black hairs all over the bed. I told the lady at the desk and she personally came down and replaced the bedding. It was quite a surprise when i walked in on a couple and then it was another 20 minute ordeal to get another and of course then key cards didn't work & it was a third to the fronnt」
