「Excelente 👌」

「The staff was a pleasure to meet very kind and helpful!」

「Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Secrets Royal Beach, Punta Cana. Here are few key things you should know. The staff was mostly very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was the upselling of the spa. They were very pushy about selling the spa, which is not something I need on vacation. The quality of food was great. I was really impressed by the Mexican and Japanese restaurant. The buffet was fantastic. It had a huge variety of food to cater to many tastes and diets. I enjoyed the pool areas....

「Honestamente le falta mucho por mejorar , me imagino por ser nuevo el hotel」

「Well worth the visit. I upgraded my room to the swim up at the property and it was worth every penny. Staff was great; food was amazing and atmosphere never felt crowded.」
