"整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。 但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。 早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。 我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"

"The location is very good. All luxury shops are located near the hotel. But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep. The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze."

"Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market very decent room The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~ Very reasonable price too"
