「I could smell cigarette smoke in my non-smoking room. I did not have my door open. Very pungent in hallway. Maybe install a barrier where those rooms begin. As a non-smoking person, the smell is very intrusive and gross. 」

「Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together....

There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded...
