「Peter at the front desk has to be the most delightful and helpful person we have had the pleasure of dealing with at any hotel we have ever stayed. 「Very easy to get to from the freeway. The room was clean. Bathroom was upgraded last year so very nice. Huge TV in our room. The price is right. Would definitely stay here again as we like to stay at the smaller hotels rather than the big chains.」

「This has been one of my favorite hotels EVER. I'd rank it top 2, my only regret is I wish I spent 2 nights instead of one. Very quaint and right at the start of Stillwater. You can walk towards the river with the bridge leading you to Wisconsin or walk right down Main Street. Staff were very nice and helpful at the front desk, attached restaurant + bar and even the little coffee shop next door. Plus, the rooms are charming and very clean and spacious. 「Drove for 4 and a half hours to get here. We arrived around 12:30 pm. Our check in was at 3:00 pm. We were told by the hotel clerk that The hotel rooms were all booked or not ready by the cleaning staff just yet. We were happy that the hotel clerk was able to check us in an hour earlier which we were running late for a wedding party anyway.
