We got there and the sink was clogged, did not drain. No maintenance staff to fix and desk guy couldn't do it. Also, TV didn't have close captions which we needed because my wife is hearing impaired. The next morning they were able to move us to a different room, better but incovenient. Also, when Wendell came on he was able to find a different remote to get the close captions. He seemed to be the only person we could rely on.
The worst part was the night we got home from dinner, they were painting the front lobby and breakfast area. Terrible paint (toxic) smell. Front desk was no help and the owner/manager was reached. The painters were supposed to come on Monday but came 2 days early. After much complaining and arguing the manager finally had them stop that night. However, the next day they were back at it again. The owner/manager simply ignored our concerns.
I would never recommend staying in this particular Wyndham.
