"You will notice in the pictures on the website there are 5 rooms that look pretty modern and 5 that are more vintage. We stayed in one of the St. Croix suites (one of the vintage ones and not the one that is pictured on the website). It was clean, but interesting... the hot tub in the room (which we did not use) is right on the carpet, which seemed odd to us. The air conditioner is in the main room, so the bedroom got a bit warm at night. The view of the river is amazing. The room could use a larger table for eating, a refrigerator, ice bucket, and a dresser. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. I would stay here again, but maybe in one of the more modern rooms. The vintage rooms gives a little bit of "The Shining" vibes. lol"

"We stayed at a different hotel first but we found roaches In the hotel and came to this hotel right away. Amazing staff, very clean rooms. Great breakfast, very quiet and clean, will be back to stay again."

"The rooms were great. Had a few hiccups with a reservation not there when we checked in and room keys expiring after the first night. But they were very quick to remedy those and very nice to work with! Would definitely stay here again if in town."

"Great spot to stay if you are visiting the twin cities. Short walks to the Amtrak station and light rail. You don’t need to rent a car to get to all of the major attractions via light rail. Mall of America, Target Field, Target Center and US Bank Stadium."
