We stayed across the hall from the elevator and were surprised how loud it was all night. Also the bed was very loud. You moved your arm and it would creak loudly. Overall lovely place to stay and awesome staff!

I love Osceola, graduate.We deserve better than this hotel management & facilities provides. It was unfortunate circumstances (funeral) that brought our family back but won’t be staying at this facility ever again but st croix.
