「Rooms smelt musty, damp and old. The air conditions in all 3 rooms my family were in looked like the filters have never been cleaned. Disappointed that they were in such bad shape. We've stayed here many times before and they weren't a whole lot better. We will think twice before we stay there again.」

「Breakfast was toast & cereal, bananas & 1 day had apples. Store bought little Debbie snack. No yogurt, etc . Bathroom needs updated, paint, cleaned. had to push room doors shut to latch. Great location. Rooms nice other than bathroom」

「Convenient location, right downtown. Rooms on river side have views of Lowell Park, St. Croix River and the lift bridge. Rooftop restaurant and the Irish Pub at street level are both good. The rooms are spacious and very clean, comfy mattress and offer a variety of pillows so you can find one that suits. The balcony windows and chair cushions could've been cleaner, but they were acceptable.」

「Staff at check in was very friendly. But the check out was disturbing. At about 10 am fire alarms went off every minute for an hour. They did a fire inspection while guests were still sleeping. My daughter is SIX years old, she was terrified by the loud alarms. We had ro pack up and leave quickly as they continued. Staff ran around looking unapologetic, as if every day for them. So thst was disappointing. Now, I have what I assume is a $100 deposit taken from my debit that hasn't been returned...

「Check in was easy, although no elevator to the 2nd floor which.may sound petty but can be many trips back and forth to your car. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was low.. Coffee was good, breakfast ok, nothing spectacular.」

「Bathroom mirror was missing. Vanity was very short, 30 inches tall. Unpleasant odor to room. Temperature were 90 degrees, AC kept up nicely. It was in a good location and bed was ok.」
