"Could of been a little cleaner but overall good experience "

"For an old building, it was kept very clean and they updated a lot of things within the room. Had a hard time getting into the room, we were not used to a real key. The room was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion, a hair dryer, toilet paper, towels and wash cloths. It had a few pots, things to cook with, silverware, plates, coffee cups, glass cups and wine glasses. Soap for dishes, but only one towel. They could have left a roll of paper towels, had a spill and only one kitchen towel to clean everything. The room had an old heater which definitely worked. All too well, it was extremely warm in there even after we turned it off. "

"The front desk staff was wonderful and cheerful, especially Kenny. The room was clean and comfortable and they even refreshed towels after the first night. The breakfast was pretty good, only issue was finding a table since it was so busy. The pool was fine but way too much chlorine, hurt my eyes to even be in there and watch the kids. "

"We went for spring break, family friendly the pool was fun for us to enjoy. The other guests were kind. My favorite part was the river, the view and balcony made it the perfect get away. Enjoyed the Wisconsin Dells activities while also enjoying nature."

"Visited for spring break. Staff left something to be desired. Very loud other guests. Be aware the quiet hours do not start until 1030. So even if you are woken up from a dead sleep because people are loud next to the head of your bed? They don’t care. Location really needs better sound proofing. Typical things are more worn out.
