「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「The only downsides are that they don’t offer a complimentary bottle of water, and in a double bed they provide just one 70 cm pillow.」

「We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. 」

「Whirlpool im eigenen Appartement ist der Hammer👍 Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer sehr sauber gereinigt. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück. Gastgeber sehr nett und hat sich viel Zeit genommen alles zu erklären. Halter zum trocknen der Badesachen fehlte.」

「Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Lo abbiamo scelto per le nostre vacanze estive e non siamo rimasti delusi, anzi. Il personale è estremamente cortese, la pulizia delle camere ottima e buona anche la colazione dell'Hotel. Ottima posizione per visitare le spiagge limitrofe a San Teodoro. Nel paese sono presenti anche dei ristoranti non male.」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Personal überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück vielseitig. Parkplätze günstig und nah. Sehr zentral gelegen. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. 」
