「The best hotel 🏨」

「Super friendly staff. Pretty beach onsite. Great restaurants on site. Advertisement of shuttle service to/from airport non existent. That was not good because the transfer fees were over $100 each way and I should have ordered a car at the airport had I known.」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Super beautiful hotel, gorgeous location next to the beach. Easy parking on the premises. Super friendly staff. Hotel private beach is very small but there is a nice big beach right next to it. Lovely town with a very good vibe! Really enjoyed it. (PS: make sure to check your final bill - we were double charged for dining. Otherwise truly amazing experience!」
