「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.」

「Older hotel but, very well run with great amenities. This property should be updated for sure. It has a terrific pool, beach access, nice gym with good equipment, spa with great technicians. The rooms are old but have nice space and the air conditioning was working very well. It's not particularly close to downtown Porto Cervo but, you can drive in a bit and walk the rest of the way. I'd give it a 5 star if they updated the place. I'm sure it would be worth it! Terrific service.」

「We paid over $4000 for our room and it was gorgeous. However the service in this hotel is way below the bar for the price range and the cliente it targets. With the execption of 1-2 stff member hardly anyone is fluent in English so it is very frustrating to communicate any allergies or speical needs. The staff has the fake smile and pilteness in their face but they act like they are forcing themselves ot smial at you. We had very seirous issues iwth gluten allergies. The first day we...
