「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...

「The property and its breakfast facility was excellent. All the staff that I spoke with were very helpful and knowledgeable about places. NOT one to ever give a review but I definitely would return and stay in The Jazz Hotel.」

「It is a nice hotel which is set up on a hillside which gives it a unique character and lovely views. The main pool felt a little cramped but was nice, the infinity pool was very relaxing but lacked a bar (it had one but they didn't open it) which made it less appealing to use. The sea deck was nice but you had to head across one road and up another back into the resort to use the toilets. 「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「If you would like to experience what it was like to stay at a hotel in the 70s/80's this is the place for you. Staff were nice and it was clean. 25 min walk to town. Unfortunately this is the standard of hotel you get for this price in Sardinia. Overpriced in my opinion.」

「Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Lage ist super, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Hafen, außerdem gibt es Restaurants und einen Supermarkt direkt ums Eck. Es gibt ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten, allerdings muss man entweder gut einparken können ofer man braucht ein paar Versuche. Die Angestellten sind sehr herzlich und es gibt tollen Kaffee. Außerdem würden mkr vegane Crossaints zubereitet.」
