「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Très bon séjour dans ce logement. Il correspond totalement aux photos. Il est très beau, propre et confortable. La vue sur mer est agréable. La plage est juste à côté avec de bons restaurants à proximité. Le seul point négatif est que les rideaux ne sont pas assez occultants, il y a la lumière du jour très tôt le matin.」

「We had 2 suites everything was okay. One thing that was a downfall was the bathroom there was not an actual shower it was a tub and it was too high to get in it. Besides everything was great. Breakfast was the same thing every day after eating eggs small hotdogs, bacon and grill tomato’s the first day I thought the other days would have been variety of other stuff. Besides everything was ok, staff was super nice from front desk to cleaning staff.」

「The air conditioner in one room worked excellent! But didn't work well in the main bedroom. The view was spectacular, but we didn't notice any vinyards. Juat ocean and the scenic boardwalk area.」

「Clean, extremely easy to fine, super central. Contactless access - which was great as we were delayed 2 hrs and arrived very late. Gorgeous room. Quiet, comfortable, so good we went back for the last night of our holiday. 」
