"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

"We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Capriccioli as a family. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to explore some of the most beautiful beaches in the Costa Smeralda area. Having several amazing beaches so close by was a huge plus, especially when travelling with young children. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the surroundings were peaceful and beautiful. We really enjoyed the pool as well, which was perfect for relaxing with the kids after spending the day at the beach."

A few added features would raise the this resort a notch: slippers and robes and working with the Piazzetta Porto Cervo to have a shuttle for shopping and to Spiaggio Pevero."

"We were supposed to be here 3 nights, but our flight got delayed. Long story short, we were only able to stay for 1. The staff were very accommodating and even helped us order pizza for our first night. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and the baby bed was very spacious!
