「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Place was great, staff was awesome, location was unfortunately just a bit too inaccessible, if you are driving then no problem at all definitely a great option for the price. We had a car when checking in, however, returned the vehicle before the end of our stay. Don’t trust google maps on this one, it is not accessible by local transit and taxis are 45-60 euros from town each way. 」

Mention speciale au restaurant qui nous a comptés un menu entier a pres de 50 euros alors que nous n'avons pris qu'un plat. Le personnel est sympathique, mais belle arnaque」
