「Perfect 」

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. 「The front desk staff were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a large private patio. The breakfast was so delicious. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant Anna’s - outstanding. The property had lovely pool to lounge by. 」
