「I absolutely loved our stay. The photos do not serve the beauty and outstanding decorations of this apartment. The bed was the most comfortable of any stay in Italy over the past 3 visits! I will always come back to Le suites at porto cervo! The hostess Stefano was absolutely amazing and I can not thank him enough for all his help. The area is phenomenal and one of the best restaurants and beaches around a outstanding apartment with in walking distance of the quaint town with Luxury...

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「It is not worth for the price you pay. With the exception of one staff member, the rest were rude to us. For many, they could not communicate well in english (which is fine, not everyone needs to be fluent) but when you are the only person to help and are meant to be having sensitive converstations you need someone to be able to communicate it well. 」

「Breakfast was fresh but very limited options. It was end of the season so that was probably a big factor. There is only a pool bar and no where to relax in the hotel if it is a rainy day. Again, I am sure this is only because of the time of year we went. We would love to return to the hotel when we are guaranteed the weather. 」

You are located in Cannigione, so it’s very walkable. You can walk to the beach, grocery store, little shops, and tons of restaurants. The service is 5 stars. They clean your room daily, they are very respectful and treat you like royalty. Overall we hope to come back in the next few years with our kids!」
