「Fantastic hotel, wonderful welcome with a glass of Prosecco, we were taken to our room which was perfectly appointed, beautiful outside furniture, lovely pool but a bit chilly! Breakfast was served morning in the main restaurant, every thing you could want. Lunch was great and the dinner in the main restaurant was fantastic. We will definitely be back, so relaxing! 」

「Fridge was noisy buzzing all night long - so we couldn't sleep. We complained in the reception the next morning. They sent a technician who didn't fix it proberbly. So we just turned it off for the rest of our stay. Didn't have anything cold to drink then. We should've had a new room/ apartment insteed of this but we didn't want to complain anymore. But it should have been offered us, as it was a quiet expensive stay. Music by pool was unnesseraly annoying and housekeeping round 21.00 (new...

「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「L'hôtel et la piscine sont tres jolis, belle vue et bien situés. En revanche les chambres sont délabrées, aucune insonorisation. Je n'ai pas ferme l'œil de la nuit, c'était insupportable. Mention speciale au restaurant qui nous a comptés un menu entier a pres de 50 euros alors que nous n'avons pris qu'un plat. Le personnel est sympathique, mais belle arnaque」

「Love the private beach. The view from our balcony overlooking the ocean as well as the sunsets was amazing. Thank you Gabbiano Azurro for upgrading our room to a Junior Suite! The staff in the hotel was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast selections were excellent. Lunch by the beach was very good and dinner at Blu was delicious. This hotel is superb!!! 」
