「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience.」

「Upon arrival, we discovered that the patio door to our room was broken. When I pointed out that the door handle wasn’t fully attached, it literally fell off in my hand. The door did not close or lock properly, making the room feel unsafe, especially since it was on the ground floor with direct access from the lawn.
