「Staff helpful, enjoyed the restaurants. Mexican one especially. They definately make sure your wine glass does not get empty. I believe the resort was fully booked but did not have problems with getting beach chairs or chairs by the pool. Yes some people put towels to save spots but was still able to get a spot. 「We had a great time, the apartment was quite spacious (perhaps the wardrobe was too small) and the level of cleanliness was really good. Breakfast in the morning was excellent and the use of the parking convenient (although very steep!). The staff was friendly and professional. 「We just returned from a wonderful stay at Playacar Palace. Staff, facilities and food was incredible. Location is great - walk to Cozumel ferry with free access to Cozumel Palace hotel - just show your Palace hotel bracelet. Resort credits were very helpful for spa and dolphin swim. Only downside was the lack of beach but everything else made up for it. 」
