"The rooms were spacious , clean , no elevator . Food was good ,enough variety , pool was very nice , water warm . Enough chairs on the beach .Very easy to navigate , small resort a bit traditional but still in good shape , walking distance to Playa del Carmen ."

All the staff were very attentive and kind and helpful. the pools were clean and maintained. our only disappointment was that the beach was not as accessible as we thought, but still nice once we got there. just pretty rocky. All the food was excellent and fresh, we were really impressed. and the little town near by was great! overall would definitely recommend and go back myself!"

"This was my first time staying at the Iberostar Waves Tucan. The property grounds were very well kept, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the entertainment each evening, and the entertainers and staff were very friendly and present throughout the day. Lots of activities to choose from every day, or you can just relax by the pool or ocean."

"Nice hotel, clean and good breakfast with a pretty view on the rooftop. Wish they provided water in the rooms or had ample service to water since sometimes they ran out of bottle water that you can buy. "
