I absolutely love my stay at playa boutique the staff has amazing customer service and always willing to accommodate it's very secure the rooms are very nice then I absolutely love this staff Karen and Danny have been absolutely amazing I would recommend it to my friends and family thank you to Karen and Danny we're amazing outstanding customer service 😊!

This botique has a nice location. and is very safe. The rooftop pool is nice however the cleanliness is so so and the breakfast was no options just given a plate. This is still a decent place to sleep and use for visiting the area.

We arrived early & in order to check in we were expected to pay a fee (which would have been ok ) but were informed that we had to pay in cash (questionable), no exceptions were made when we informed Jonathon (front desk ) that we didn’t have pesos or dollars…we were forced to go to ATM to withdraw cash. Once we got to our room, the shower flooded the bathroom & when we asked for additional towels it was an issue additionally the air conditioning was not functioning. Unfortunately our consensus upon leaving is that this hotel is poorly managed & the pictures on site are optical illusion.

It was amazing. Premium room and services for a fraction of the cost. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff very friendly. Elevator wasn’t working and no parking, but for the location, the price, the decor and everything else, it was still a 10/10 for me

Very accommodating and super friendly. Rooms were awesome. Great location, just a few blocks from the beach and right next to downtown. Perfect spot for a honeymoon or getaway!!

We booked this hotel for the jacuzzi tub and location. Location is ideal however we were there for 4 nights and had no hot water. Our room was nice and clean but the rooftop area around the pool was dirty and rundown. Absolutely a joke that this is advertised as a 4 star property.
