「If you are considering this place for your stay, just book it. This place is amazing, the staff, the location, rooms, restaurant, bar. You will not regret it. Its in a perfect location, close to Palma but in a quiet area. Its the perfect place to disconnect. The bed was confortable and the shower is great. Definitely will stay there next time. 」

「My 11 year old son and I loved this hotel. Modern, very clean, spacious, great amenities. Having breakfast go until 1 pm is amazing. The dinner for half boarders is a La carte and a as sometimes confusing but always delicious. Had a *terrific* massage at the spa by Cati. The hotel twice arranged rental cars for us, in which the agency delivers you a car. Notable is you rent for “one day” but the car is due back at the hotel by 8-10 pm. Location was it extremely walkable to the beach, restaurants...

「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
