"Amazing breakfast, views, and room styles. Very much like stepping back into an era of timeless luxury. The hotel was of significant importance in WW2. Staff is fantastic. Great for locational proximity to all major tourist hubs but close enough to train station to use as a home base."

Supposedly a hostel = No stove, not enough utensils,paper towels, salt, pepper 3. The laundry room dryers have no temp. gauge (only on high setting) they did supply 2 drying racks enough for 2 loads of clothes. I would not recommend to people who want a regular hostel . It will become expensive quickly."

"Worse experience of our trip! The place was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty nasty and we didn’t end up staying here. We had to find another place. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. And then they want you to keep you too Key with them each time you leave which is just insane."

"I had such a beautiful stay at Villa Neroli—it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt peaceful and refined, like a hidden retreat just outside the busy city center. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made the stay feel elevated without being over the top. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it was recommendations for dining, transportation, or just making sure we were comfortable, they went above and beyond. The breakfast was also a highlight—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day before heading into the city. If you’re looking for a stay that combines quiet luxury, comfort, and easy access to Florence, Villa Neroli is a perfect choice. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it."
