Domenico the owner is a gracious and wonderful host. The place was just renovated and the rooms and bathroom are brand new, modern, functional and Italian designed. Domenico even gave my wife a farewell gift souvenir to add to his personal touch. Hotel is on a beautiful neighborhood. The bus stop infront of the hotel less than 5 minutes from everything, including the Stadium of Florentina. The hotel is on a third floor and no elevator but this is a small price to pay for this wonderful place. I am already looking forward to me next stay at the hotel Emma. Don’t miss the eateries upstairs in the market place in Florence. What a coulinary experience!!! I can’t believe Rick Steves and Bourdain missed it. Thanks Domenico!

When we arrived at hote Emma, we found our reservation had NOT been sent to them by Expedia. They had no record of my reservation and they had NO rooms available. Fortunately, Manager found us ONE room at another hotel. It was ONE room all 4 of us had to share I am very disappointed in Expedia and will NEVER book through them again.

Hotel Emma is exactly as described and seen in pictures. Recently renovated so everything is up to part. Great looking rooms, comfortable bed & nice bathroom. Although, is a bit off the city center (30min walking or 12-15min by taxi/bus) it is rather accessible. My family and I enjoyed strolling to/from the city center and merging as much as we can with the locals :)

Definitely be back

Very pleasant stay at Hotel Emma. Super clean room and good location. The only thing we could complain about is the breakfast as there wasn't much of a variety. Overall great stay and we will definitely be back!

Sono tornato di proposito in questo hotel con la mia fidanzata, perché dopo il primo soggiorno ci siamo trovati squisitamente bene! Personale cordiale e gentile; localitá bel collegata con i mezzi per raggiungere il centro storico della cittá! Hotel pulito, confortevole, colazione ottima....una garanzia! Ogni volta che dovrò tornare a Firenze sceglierò questo hotel, che ricrea un ambiente familiare!

EVITER CET HOTEL

Problème avec le responsable car lors de notre réservation il était noter "avec parking compris". c’était la seul raison que nous allions là et il n y a pas de parking sauf contre 20€ par nuit! Il était bien roder ce monsieur pour avoir réponse a ce problème et ne voulais rien savoir même en lui montrant que sur certain site il mettait GRATUIT et que sur notre réservation pareil! DE TRES MAUVAISE FOI et agressif quand je lui donnais les preuves de ce qu'il était écris sur les site de réservation. Chambre se situant dans un appartement aménagement avec les peu du moyen du bord et situer a coté de la piece "restaurant". Bruyant.

Cozy hotel with great atmosphere!

Cozy hotel with great atmosphere at walking distance from the city centre. Also a bus station just outside. Especially we loved the old fashioned interior design of the dining room. Quiet, clean but only thin blankets in the bed. Very friendly and hospitable, continental breakfast with excellent coffee, but don't expect bacon and eggs. We could easily recommend this hotel to our friends!

The hotel was close to Nelson Mandela convection where I was walking every day for 5-7 min. The only thing I could be happier was not carrying my luggage two levels up ground.

det mesta på hotellet var bra,gratis wifi vilket dock inte alltid fungerade i mitt rum,frukosten en aning ensidig.hotellet har bra kommunikationer till centrala Florens,flera busslinjer stannar precis utanför hotellet.Hotellet saknar hiss,två trappor upp dessutom,men jag klarade mig,värre för de som är handikappade och för äldre.
