"Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The lighting was not great, especially in the bathroom, maybe because the tiles on the walls are black? The pool was great as long as it was before noon. We didn’t realize the hotel was also student housing which made for a different experience. Not as relaxing as we expected. Overall it was a clean nice hotel, about a 15 -20 minute walk to the city center."

"Staying at FH55 Hotel Villa Fiesole was an unforgettable experience that blended comfort, beauty, and genuine hospitality. The hotel’s location on the hillside above Florence is nothing short of spectacular, waking up to panoramic views of the city’s rooftops, the Duomo, and the rolling Tuscan landscape felt like stepping into a Renaissance painting. The staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived. Warm, attentive, and truly dedicated to making every guest feel welcome, they elevated the entire stay. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and their professionalism matched the elegance of the property. Our accommodation was outstanding, beautifully designed rooms, immaculate cleanliness, and thoughtful touches that made the space feel both luxurious and cozy. The peaceful atmosphere of the villa, surrounded by greenery and history, created the perfect retreat after exploring Florence. A special mention goes to the hotel’s shuttle driver, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and exceptionally helpful. His positive energy and local insights made each ride enjoyable, and his service added real value to our stay. He represents the spirit of hospitality that makes Villa Fiesole stand out. And of course, Florence itself. A city overflowing with historic landmarks, world‑class art, and timeless beauty. From the Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio to the narrow medieval streets and vibrant piazzas, Florence remains one of the world’s greatest cultural treasures."

"Incredibly beautiful and well maintained hotel. We loved the vibe and our room was spacious, clean and very well lit! The 1 small critique we had was our water couldn’t get very cold, but that is a very minor detail in an overall exceptional stay. The bar had great happy hour deals and all the staff were super friendly. A bit out of the way but if you don’t mind walking, it’s really nice to be slightly removed from the craziness of the city centre. I would absolutely stay again and hope to get the opportunity to visit Ruby Bea’s other properties one day!"

"The room when arrive has not been clean. They swap us for chamber with an upgrade. The view was wonderfull. But still somevtrace of moisture was still present and the toillets was not just ok about are clean they are. The room are hard to access for older person. You have elevator to bring you on the floor but same after this on the floor you still have some stair present. For older person it could be an issue with the luggage."

"Very nice property, lovely staff. Super convenient location if you have a car. An easy walk into the center, and an easy exit from town. Dont miss mercato in Piazza Cure, just on the other side of the train tracks. 4 stars because the beds were classically terrible, hard italian mattresses with equally flat pillows and because despite a request, our mini fridge didnt work. Also, their parking lot behind the property is quite small and you need to call ahead to ensure they save you a spot. The staff were ULTRA helpful and managed to wedge us in and back us out as well. I would consider staying here again...esp if the bedding were improved. :)"

"What a beautiful hotel this was. I stayed with my daughter in our first visit to Florence and the room was just as pictured in the photos we’d seen online. The bathroom had a pleasant surprise as we got to experience the bidet- so refreshing. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Our flight got pushed back by a day and they allowed us to extend our room with just a very small charge. They also helped daily with Taxi and was super friendly. Would definitely recommend this property!"
