"There were shops near by by we didn't visit any"

"I called ahead to schedule early check-in and when we arrived, our room wasn't ready and we had to wait an hour for a clean room. The valet was overpriced ($30 + tip/day) and there was consistently nobody at the valet stand. The pool was closed long-term for renovations while we were there and the fitness center door was locked when I tried to work out at 8pm, so amenities were non-existent. We also tried to schedule late checkout for noon, but were woken with the doorbell before 10:30am by housekeeping. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay for such a seemingly prestigious hotel. I will not be returning or recommending a stay to anyone I know traveling to Chattanooga."

"Everything from our cute little room to the private patio looking out over the river was great. The complimentary breakfast was good and the INN was close to everything but still felt private.. We would definitely stay again.."
