"The only detriment to the stay is the lack of a restaurant."

"I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel room. When we arrived, the room was clearly not properly cleaned. There was a pile of white powder in the corner by the bed, along with hair and food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom was also in poor condition, with hair on the floor, a dirty mirror, and the toilet seat left up. It got worse when we looked closer—behind the mattress and in front of the headboard was extremely filthy. The baseboards were dirty, and there appeared to be dried vomit (or something similar) behind the toilet. The headboard itself had dried splatter on it, which was very concerning. We called guest services, but were told the hotel was fully booked and that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned due to recent renovations. While they said they would credit our Hilton account with points the next morning, that never happened. Overall, this was an unacceptable experience, especially for a hotel of this standard. Cleanliness should never be compromised, regardless of renovations or occupancy."

"I would actually give a zero for the service if that was an option. There were some complications with registration. One of our party was eventually allowed into the room. Then, just after he had fallen asleep, a clerk went to his room and told him he had to leave. They did eventually decide to let him stay after another e-mail they let him stay, but the damage was done. They were so focused on some perceived rule that they lost sight of the person."

"The breakfast is not breakfast. It’s a granola bar on top of a miniature table in the lobby. The staff threatened to charge me extra for arriving later in the night though check in is through 12am. "
