"our room was very clean and spacious. I liked the marketplace and enjoyed the arcade. the waterpark was really nice but i thought it became very crowed and unsafe on Saturday because there were so many people in the pool that you basically just had to stand in one spot. "

"My daughter and I spent two days at Coco Key Resort and had a wonderful time! The water park area was so much fun. Rooms and facility were clean and well kept. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Food, snacks and activities were all good! All places nearby were in easy walking distance to shops, food, etc. We also rented scooters and explored the area even more. Will definitely be staying again! "

"Convenient for visiting Iniversal, large rooms with great beds, lovely large pool area, helpful staff, could have more and better restaurants or addition food options. Very useable transportation to Universal."

"The bartender and dj goes hand amin hand with happy hour! Although it rained, they still worked together to make our rainy poolside party wonderful. The rooms can use another redo but they are not in terrible condition. But their cleaning staff, they may want to reconsider hiring some who value their work. We had towels, and bedding missing. We witnessed one maid half cleaning as if she was mad she had to clean. Overall, looking pass that, I will be going for my third time this year. "

"This hotel was excellent. It is close to all the attractions. Has a resort-like feel with many amenities during the day & night. The staff was also friendly. Hotel was clean. I would recommending staying here if you have a family or just coupling up, this place was great. "
