「All was great except the night desk man. He was rude, sarcastic, and wanted to argue about a shower chair. Instead of offering to help with my request, he just made excuses. Of course this was not the way an attendant should treat a guest. There are many other hotel choices and I will definitely consider others because of his sarcasm and rudeness.」

「The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.」

「Very sketchy environment outside, property says 100% smoke free and several people were seen outside smoking cigarettes and weed smell coming from rooms in passing. Bedding had cigarette holes burnt into them and overall the inside was very poorly done.」

「Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location.」
