The staff and manager on hand were excellent. They didn’t act frazzled or anxious. They took care of matters and us guests. I really enjoyed the history of the hotel, too. "

"The hotel staff was awesome! From the front desk, Nicole Hayes, to Asst General Mgr, Suzanne Scowden, as well as the maintenance man, Ken, all were very helpful and accommodating! We had a family reunion and we stayed four nights. We were given access to a meeting room for playing games and daily gathering. I did have an issue in my room, which was immediately resolved by Ken and Suzanne. One concern I had was with the tile floors in our room which were not very clean. The breakfast was ok. I...
