The property was bug infested, and I stayed on the 6th floor, also upon entry the room smelled like food, and the blankets and bedding was stained, upon informing the front desk I was informed that the hotel and surrounding area was fully booked due to graduating college students. I received no apology, instead for a room that cost me over $400 I was compensated $75 but was never apologized too. This is inhumane treatment and customer service at its worst. It is unacceptable but to be fair I normally receive better from IHG staff and locations.
