Very quaint place that reminds me of how the old carriage houses may have felt except with modern Air Conditioning, lighting, and security systems. Only 5 rooms keeps it peaceful. No TV or sitting space in the rooms but there are several common spaces and wifi available. Enjoyed our stay and the step back in time.

It was very peaceful and clean. Staff friendly. But we stayed for 2 nights and only 1 trash can ( small) in room. Would have been nice to have at least 2 trash cans and trash from first day emptied.

For a much older, boutique hotel, it is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained environment. It is within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bar, etc.

The building was nice and cold! Very charming antiquated hotel with close proximity to everything in Carrabelle. Highly recommend if you want to be close by and can walk to everything!

This was such a delightful surprise! We has some trouble finding the place at first - it was a bit overgrown and hidden. However, once we were tucked inside, that added to the charm and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a true Old Florida get away.

Man sieht, dass die Unterkunft mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Auch in der großen Gemeinschaftsküche gibt es alles was man benötigt. Die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer lässt den Tag gut starten. Alles in allem eine gelungene Unterkunft.

Super sweet, but there is no front desk or staff at this hotel. The hotel was great; charming,veo many nice touches everywhere. The beds and linens were super soft. I guess I didn't read the part where there was not a staff member on site to greet or help. The keyless check-in was fine, I just missed a human. Guess I'm getting old.

Hotel was very clean and charming. An old Inn feel. Although there are books, there was not a TV in the rooms, nor in the common area. There was not a clock, or even a box of klenex, in the rooms and only 1 trash can, which was in the bathroom. Since it was winter, got dark early and was a Monday, there was nothing going on, or places to go in Carrabelle, so a tv or radio, would have been nice.

Don't know why it was called a hotel? It is an OLD house fixed up like a bed and breakfast but with no breakfast. We were in the only room downstairs, but our bathroom was across the hall. That was extremely uncomfortable for me. Our room had two adequate queen beds; there was NO TV in the rooms which we thought was weird. There was a coffee pot but had to go across the hall to get water. There wasn't even a mirror in the room. The air conditioning did work well, that is about the only thing this place had going for it. There was NO staff on the premise. They messaged the instructions to check in. Not my idea of a good place to stay and it was overpriced for what we got. The pictures were very deceiving. Will NEVER stay here again.

We enjoyed this lovely historic property! The bed and linens were comfortable. It was interesting greeting the other guest as we saw each other coming and going. There are no TVs on the property so that took some adjustment for an avid television watcher. We enjoyed learning about the small community and had some good meals at the small local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!
