「The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. 「The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off. Furthermore, my child was bitten by bedbugs two nights while she slept in the bunk bed. After that, she had to sleep with us for the rest of our stay. I strongly advise...

「Great location. Would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Biggest beef with the units is that you have no control over temperature of the room. The thermostat doesn't do anything. I contacted the property but they said the building controls the heat/AC. It was hot and stuffy in the apartment. Made it hard to sleep」
